We are so excited to bring this scrapbook layout inspiration to you all from Theresa Forge today. She shares a beautiful recipe layout that highlights fun recipes from her kitchen. She uses lots of bright colored paper with vintage cooking embellishments to create the perfect recipe scrapbook layout.
I just love how the kitchen elements are drawn out on fun paper then cut and set in layers to create the beautiful mixing bowl, pie, and bag of flour. It is so creative.
Also, she mattes the bright colors of blue, yellow and green paper in the recipe area that really pop of that bold red paper in the background. It really enhances the look of the entire layout which make it easy & DIY. Furthermore, this layout reminds us a lot of our homestyle, country August collection Homestead that you can see below.
It includes tons of beautiful papers including plaid patterns, beautiful country floral, bold colors, farmhouse pets, and fresh crisp apples. It’s perfect for a DIY recipe scrapbook layout like our inspiration here! Join our kit club in the month of August to get yours! But let’s get back to today’s inspiration.
This second layout has to be one of the most creative one’s we’ve seen! Theresa layers fun paper just enough around the edges of her background paper to create a type of envelope for recipe tags that you can take out. Isn’t that amazing? We just love it. The use of creative details with the twine, and matting of writing area provides a clean but fun look to this page.
Place them side by side and you’ll see why we had to share this layout with you. Thinking about making your own creative recipe cookbook pages for a scrapbook? We want to see what you come up with. So share your creative layout with us at Facebook or email us at email@example.com to be a feature on our account. We want to see more beautiful layouts that can be fun recipes books!
