I can spot gifted scrapbookers from a mile away …when I’m wearing my eyeglasses of course 🙂 . This scrapper’s work is never an exception to the rule. The fussy cut roses, the gorgeous hearts, & that stitching make for an absolutely exquisite piece of work. And that paper pleating sure looks like fabric to me! Those fingers of hers must be magical…
