What is the Monthly Scrapbook Club?
If you join the club, each month you will receive a 12″ x 12″ scrapbook kit in the mail. Each package typically includes additional items like stickers, embellishments, pens, scissors or other items (not all of those items at once). These extra items are bonuses as a special thank you to our customers. The club is mostly here for the 12″ x 12″ scrapbook kits so please be sure you enjoy scrapbooking with full kits if you join.
Am I billed each month or all at once?
For the monthly plan, you are billed each month. It is $11 plus shipping per month.
If you prefer to get the 10 – 20% discount then select the 6 or 12-month plans and those are billed in full at the time of purchase. So the 6-month plan is charged $60 and also 4.95 for shipping. The 12-month plan is charged $108 and 4.95 shipping. The 60 and 108 charges take care of your kits for the full 6 or 12 month periods.
Can I switch plans?
Yes absolutely. If you purchased a monthly plan and would like to save money and get a 6 or 12-month plan just fill out our contact form.
If you accidentally ordered a 6 or 12-month plan and would like to switch to a month-to-month plan just fill out the contact form also.
What are the prices?
Our month-to-month price is $11 per month. The 6-month plan is $10 per month (~10% off). The 12-month plan is $9 per month (~20% off).
When will your kit ship?
We ship kits from the 1st to the 5th of every month.
Why the cut-off date?
We have a cutoff date of the 30th of the previous month to ensure we have enough time to pack and ship the packages. If you ordered your scrapbooking kit on August 22nd for example, your first box would be our September kit.
Is this a subscription?
Yes when you join the club, you will receive a package about every 30 – 35 days until you cancel. You can cancel or pause ANYTIME by either filling out our contact form or calling us.
Do you accept Paypal?
Unfortunately not right now. Our website integrates with Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is currently the most popular payment processor and is a very secure and large company located in the Bay Area. They are a trusted partner of many banks.
What is the best way to contact you?
If you are a customer then you have our phone number. You received it on your purchase confirmation page and also in a letter in every package you receive.
Another way to contact us is on the contact form. Even though our office is open from 9am – 6pm PST, we still make our best effort to reply at all hours of the day and most weekends.
