Holiday Cheer Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Samantha Taylor, a passionate scrapbooker, enjoys preserving her family's special memories through her creative scrapbooking layouts. She and her husband always make it a point to dress up in festive attire for their family Christmas parties. Last year, Samantha remembered to capture the moment by taking a photo of them before heading out to her husband's family's Christmas celebration.
As Sam was browsing through the included sticker sheet, she came across the "Holiday Cheer" sticker and was instantly inspired to build the entire layout around it. She wanted the layout to exude the same cheerful and joyful spirit as the sticker, and therefore opted for patterned papers with pops of white to complement the bright photo.
To further enhance the holiday feel, Samantha added various embellishments to the layout, including snowflake die-cuts, a holly leaf border, and a reindeer sticker. She also incorporated handwritten journaling to document the special moment and capture her thoughts and feelings about the festive occasion.
Through her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Samantha was able to create a beautiful and heartwarming scrapbooking layout that perfectly captures the holiday cheer of the special moment shared with her husband.
Christmas PJs Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Sam enjoys preserving her family's special moments through her creative layouts. Last Christmas, Samantha's dad surprised their family with matching pajamas to wear on Christmas morning, even the dogs were included in the festive attire. Samantha was delighted with the fun and playful nature of the matching pajamas and made sure to capture the moment in a photo to add to her scrapbooking collection.
As Samwas selecting the paper for the layout, she immediately thought of the buffalo plaid in her kit. The pajama pants were in the same pattern, and it was a natural choice for her to use it as the background paper for the layout. The bold and festive pattern complemented the fun and silly nature of the photo, making it the perfect choice.
Sam took a minimalist approach to the layout, using only a few embellishments to avoid overwhelming the photo. With so much going on in the photo and busy paper, she wanted to let the photo take center stage. She added a snowflake border, a reindeer sticker, and a handwritten title to complement the photo and bring the layout together.
To make the photo really pop on the busy snowflake paper, Sam used a black frame from the Embellishment Upgrade Kit. This simple touch added depth and dimension to the layout, drawing the viewer's eye to the photo and highlighting the special moment captured.
Through her thoughtful and creative approach, Sam was able to capture the fun and joyful spirit of the special moment shared with her family in her scrapbooking layout. Her attention to detail and ability to showcase the photo in a beautiful way make this layout a treasured addition to her collection.
Christmas Lights Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Sam was thrilled to find all the perfect elements for her traditional (and not so traditional) Christmas layouts.
One of Sam's favorite holiday traditions is visiting a fun walk-through light display at a park near her parent's house. The display started a few years ago and has grown in size each year, making it a must-see attraction for Sam's family. She always takes plenty of pictures of the beautiful lights and festive displays, making it the perfect subject for a scrapbooking layout.
For this particular layout, she decided to use all three embellishments from the upgrades. She wanted to add some extra sparkle and dimension to her layout, and these embellishments were the perfect choice. She used a busy snowflake paper as the base for her layout and added a black frame around her favorite photo. The frame not only added a touch of elegance to the layout, but it also made her photo stand out against the busy background.
Samloves how this layout turned out, and she's excited to add it to her collection of holiday scrapbook pages. The A Perfect Christmas collection has everything she needs to document her family's holiday memories, from traditional elements like trees, ornaments, and Santa Claus to more unique elements like hot cocoa, mittens, and winter animals. With so many beautiful patterns and embellishments to choose from, Samantha knows she'll be able to create many more beautiful layouts for years to come.

Believe in the Magic of Christmas Scrapbooking Layout by Emiley Steinbruegge
Emiley recently created a stunning scrapbooking layout using the beautiful December kit, and she had so much fun with it. She was drawn to the traditional Christmas colors and icons on the sticker sheet of the Echo Park "A Perfect Christmas" collection, and especially loved the black journaling cards, particularly one that read "Believe in the Magic of Christmas." Inspired by the magical moments with their little elf, she decided to document some of his shenanigans in the layout.
With several photos she wanted to include, she kept the base of the layout simple by placing a few strips of gorgeous paper as bookends on the layout. She also wanted to incorporate the Heidi Swapp Photo Frames that were included in the kit, but some of the words on the frames didn't go with her theme. She cleverly covered them up using more of the beautiful papers, the K&Co Chipboard, and an American Crafts rub on, making them fit in perfectly with the rest of the layout.
To add a little extra sparkle, she added a few nuvo drops from her stash, and loved the way it all came together. The end result was a beautiful and magical layout that truly captured the spirit of the season. Despite it being the day after Christmas, Emiley was still in a festive mood and couldn't wait to share her creation with others.

Easel Sticky Pad Holder by Leslie Turner
Leslie Turner is a skilled crafter who enjoys creating unique and practical gifts. She recently discovered the A Perfect Christmas collection and was immediately drawn to the festive patterns and colors. As a fan of 3-D projects, Leslie was thrilled to find a tutorial for an easel sticky pad holder in a Splitcoast Stamper newsletter. She knew this would be a fast and easy project that could be mass-produced to make excellent stocking stuffers or co-worker gifts.
To begin, Leslie cut the easel base and panel from heavyweight kraft cardstock. She then selected a beautiful Christmas floral patterned paper from the kit and layered it on a panel of green cardstock from her stash. Leslie loves to add dimension and texture to her projects, so she embellished the panel with floral, cardinal, and sentiment stickers from the sticker sheet and added some bumpy red bling to give it a festive touch.
Like most easel-type projects, this sticky pad holder folds flat for easy gifting and mailing. Leslie loves that this project is not only a fun and festive addition to any desk, but it's also practical and useful for jotting down quick notes or reminders.
With her attention to detail and eye for design, Leslie has created a beautiful and functional gift that anyone would love to receive. Her use of the A Perfect Christmas collection adds a touch of holiday cheer to the project, making it a perfect gift for the holiday season.
Merry Christmas Card by Leslie Turner
Leslie likes all the Christmas-themed papers, coordinating stickers and upgrades in this collection. She makes Christmas cards all year long and has already mailed out this year’s cards, so she has a head-start on next year’s! This card features a double pleated fold element on the front created from a hound stooth (on one side) and floral (on the other side) paper in this month’s kit and embellished with the chipboard doll from the upgrades.
She cut a standard A2 size side-folding landscape card base from heavyweight white cardstock along with a layering panel from green cardstock in her stash. She created the double pleated fold element using paper in the collection. She embellished it with jewel brads and clear jewel bling strips from her stash and adhered it to the card front in a horizontal fashion. She added chipboard from the upgrades to layered die cut circles which she adhered to the center of the double pleated fold element. The finishing touch was adding a sentiment using a rub-on from the upgrades.
She cut the inside panel from white cardstock and embellished it with strips of the patterned paper and green cardstock used on the front. She stamped a sentiment and layered the panel on green cardstock.Shaped Mitten Card by Leslie Turner
Leslie loves all the festive Christmas prints and traditional colors of the papers in this collection along with the coordinating stickers and upgrades. She considers creating shaped cards great fun and used a mitten card template that she designed a number of years ago. She’s sharing the template with our readers and it can be found here.
Using her template, she cut the mitten card base once from heavyweight white cardstock and again from a snowflake patterned paper from the kit. She fashioned a cuff from a candy stripe patterned paper in the kit layered on green cardstock from her stash which she embellished with a white pearl bling strip. She added hand-cut stripes (from the same paper) also layered on green cardstock. She embellished the mitten with a sentiment banner sticker and several snowflake stickers from the sticker sheet that she popped up on foam pads.
Using the template as a guide, she hand-cut the inside panels from white and green cardstock in graduating smaller sizes which she layered together. She embellished the panel with the candy stripe patterned paper and green cardstock used on the front, and added a sentiment sticker from the sticker sheet.
Christmas Clamshell Box by Leslie Turner
Leslie likes the variety of papers and coordinating stickers along with the awesome upgrades in this month’s collection. She’s previously mentioned that she loves making and giving practical gifts, so she created a sturdy clamshell type Christmas box that can be used for years to come. She constructed the shell and box from heavyweight kraft cardstock and used two coordinating papers from the collection to cover the panels.
Then, she die cut a rectangular element for the top of the box using a die from her stash, and added the chipboard Santa and sentiment rub-on from the upgrades, and some bumpy red bling. She used sheer red ribbon from her stash for the closure along with red cardstock to cover the hinge and inside of the box.
Christmas Quilt Card by Leslie Turner
Leslie likes everything in this month’s kit, from the pretty patterned papers to the variety of stickers. She considers herself a fun fold ‘fiend’ and thought a side fold card featuring a Christmas quilt was in order. She used the snowflake, festive floral and modern stripe and dot patterned papers in this month’s collection along with some stickers from the sticker sheet.
She cut the side fold card base from white cardstock and adhered the left panel. Using a quilt die in her stash, she die cut the quilt five times (three times with the patterned papers from the kit and two more times with green and red cardstock). Using various pieces from each of the cuts, she assembled the quilt and adhered it to the card front. She added a sentiment sticker from the sticker sheet and adhered a rectangular panel to the left side which she embellished with metallic gold thread and another sticker from the sticker sheet.
She cut the inside panel from white cardstock and embellished it with strips of the festive floral patterned paper and red cardstock used on the front. She stamped the sentiment in green ink and layered the panel on green cardstock.
