15 Years and 13 Years Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Every year Sam takes an annual photo of her kids. She likes to scrap those photos with a little bit about who they are at that point in their life. Since Sam usually take the photos in fall, this kit was perfect for scrapping a few of those photos.
She really love the floral prints in this kit. They're soft, but not overly feminine so they worked well as a backdrop for her sons' photos. For both layouts, Sam used the floral patterns as her main piece and then chose other papers from the kit that complimented the floral paper. Both layouts use the included sticker sheet for embellishments and ephemera from the upgrade kit.
Sun Squad Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Every time of year in the Hills is Sam's favorite, but fall is always fantastic. Sam started this layout
using the striped paper included in the kit (It might be her favorite piece). On top of that she layered a 5" x 12" strip of orange dot paper.
Next She added my photo, a 4x6 journaling tag and a 3x4 journaling tag. She finished up with a few stickers from the included sticker sheet.
Fall is my Season fun fold Layout by Leslie Turner
Leslie says this month’s collection has some of the most beautiful Autumn/Fall-themed papers and elements she’s ever seen. She used papers and items from the Frames & Tags and Chipboard Phrases in the upgrades for this double flap fun fold! There are many versions of the double flap fun fold out there and this one has three sentiment panels.
She cut the top-folding bi-level card base from a striped paper along with a wood-look layering panel for the second layer. She die cut a tag from a coordinating paper and another one from ivory cardstock using a stitched tag die in her stash. She adhered them together and then to the short flap. She added an element from the Chipboard Phrases in the upgrades and a white twine bow, and then added several enamel dots to the sides of the short flap.
She cut the top-folding second layer from ivory cardstock and adhered the wood-look layering panel to it along with an element from the Frames & Tags in the upgrades. She embellished the inside of the second layer with a strip off the edge of one of the patterned papers and another element from the Frames & Tags in the upgrades. We love that there are three sentiments on this card - each layer lifted reveals another one!
Fall A2 card by Leslie Turner
Leslie likes the fact that the papers and stickers in this month’s collection coordinate so well with all the items in the upgrades. She created a simple A2 card featuring a cozy living room scene using papers, stickers and chipboard accents from the upgrades. This card just screams Fall weather, don’t you think?
She cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base and embellishing strip from ivory cardstock along with layering panels from coordinating papers which she used to create the wall and floor, with the embellishing strip used as the baseboard. For the rug, she die cut a rectangle from an additional paper in the kit using a stitched rectangle die in her stash, and then adhered the couch from the chipboard accents in the upgrades. She added the F-A-L-L pennants (also from the chipboard accents) on a knotted length of white twine which she embellished with orange gemstones. The final touch was adding several details (using stickers from the sticker sheet) to the wall so it didn't look quite so bare.
She embellished the inside panel with a strip from the edge of one of the patterned papers, added a sentiment from the sticker sheet, and layered the panel on a coordinating print.

Autumn Harvest fun fold by Leslie Turner
Leslie loves the Autumn/Fall season and thinks all the items in this month’s kit are amazing and inspiring. She created a stand-up box card which is a little bit different than the box cards we typically see. This one features papers and stickers from this month's collection along with chipboard accents and chipboard phrases from the upgrades.
She cut the card base and stand-up panel from ivory cardstock. along with layering panels from coordinating prints in the kit. She dug into the upgrades and added a bicycle from the chipboard accents and a chalkboard from the chipboard phrases which she embellished with some stickers from the sticker sheet for a little interest. She added several more chipboard accents from the upgrades to the front of the box portion. The finishing touch was adding several red gemstones to the stand-up panel.
This card folds flat for mailing and is a standard A2 size when folded. The plus is that it’s really a simple design that doesn't require a long list of supplies!
