Lovely Day Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor

January’s kit is great for scrapping those everyday moments. There are lots of saturated florals in this kit which are great for outdoor photos. Sam used the green and white floral paper as her base.

Following she layered  on a 12” x 6 1/2” piece of camera paper and used the floral scalloped strip sticker from the included sticker sheet to create a border at the transition between the 2 pieces of paper. She used a piece of black and white floral paper to mat her photo.

Finally She added chipboard and die cuts from the upgrade embellishment kit and stickers from the included sticker sheet.

January’s kit may have lots of pretty florals, but Sam was just as drawn to the fun black and
white prints and the pretty plaids.

They made the perfect backdrop for some photos celebrating my dogs’ birthdays. Tags cut from one of the pieces of 12x12 paper make
great journaling tags, and Sam really loved all the word stickers on the included sticker sheet.

'Choose joy' fun fold by Leslie Turner

Leslie likes the gorgeous papers in this month’s kit and created a hidden pocket pop up card featuring several papers and stickers from the sticker sheet along with die cut pieces from the upgrades.

The fun fold card base was cut from light pink cardstock and embellished with coordinating papers from the collection. A large die cut from the upgrades was adhered to the front along with a sentiment sticker and several light pink enamel dots from her stash. Stickers from the sticker sheet were added to the pop up inside panel.

The inside panel was embellished with patterned paper and cardstock strips along with a sentiment sticker. More details on how Leslie completed this project are available on her blog.

'beautiful day' fun fold by Leslie Turner

Leslie says she has been having the time of her life playing with all the goodies in this month’s collection. She’s a self-proclaimed fun fold fanatic (and she loves purple) and has created a pop-out accordion card for us this month which features papers and stickers in the collection along with die-cut pieces from the upgrades.

The card base was cut from light purple cardstock. Layering panels were cut from purple and white cardstock and coordinating papers in the collection. A sentiment sticker from the sticker sheet and floral die-cut pieces from the upgrades were added to the front.

The finishing touches included a few mini butterfly brads and yellow gemstones. See more of Leslie’s spooky scrapbooking projects on her blog!

'Enjoy the Little Things' faux shutter card by Leslie Turner

Leslie says she loves geometric-type patterned papers and those in this month’s collection are just awesome. She created a faux shutter card using a couple of coordinating prints which she embellished with a chipboard accent piece from the upgrades.

She cut the card base from white cardstock along with a layering panel and strips for the shutter design from coordinating papers in the collection. She adhered a chipboard accent from the upgrades to the center of the faux shutter area and added several enamel dots from her stash.

She embellished the inside panel with patterned paper and cardstock strips, and added sentiment
and lady bug stickers from the sticker sheet. More details on how Leslie completed this project are available on her blog.

'Hello' 3D window card by Leslie Turner

Leslie says she’s absolutely enamored with the papers in this month’s collection and has made another awesome fun fold to share with us. This one is a 3D window card which features a floral and a geometric print along with a journaling card and stickers from the sticker sheet.

The card base was cut from yellow cardstock along with layering panels from two coordinating prints in the kit. An oval aperture was die cut into the front layer using a die in her stash. The focal element seen in the center of the aperture was cut from a journaling card and embellished
with stickers from the sticker sheet. The back panel was embellished with a strip of paper along with butterfly and sentiment stickers from the sticker sheet.
