Summer Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Sam really, really loved the sun or sky paper included in this kit and knew she had to use it in a layout. A photo from a sunny day of mini golf last summer was the perfect photo to go with the paper.
On top of that Sam decided to use the sunny sky paper as the base for the layout. She used blue and yellow paper from the kit to create a layered frame for the photo. Sam used an orange strip of paper to ground the photo. She kept the embellishments simple with stickers from the included kit.
Sweet Summer Scrapbooking Layout by Samantha Taylor
Sam really like that June's kit doesn't include a lot of the typical summer icons like pool fun and swimsuits. While they swim in the summer, they do a lot of other summer activities, too (like hiking, road trips, etc.).
This kit leans into the sunny summer fun activities without getting too specific about the theme. It was perfect for creating a layout about going out to eat during a quick road trip to Wisconsin last summer. This layout was created with both the base kit and the embellishment upgrades.

Happy Days shaker Card by Leslie Turner
Leslie isn’t fond of the summer heat but she sure loves the variety of patterned papers and stickers in this month’s collection. She loves shaped cards and created a Summer Truck card featuring papers and stickers from this month's collection using a cool die set in her stash.
Using a truck die set her in stash, she cut the main pieces for the truck from three coordinating papers in the collection, along with black, silver and gray cardstock for the ancillary pieces. She assembled the truck, popping the tail gate up on a foam strip, and added flower and sentiment stickers from the sticker sheet. She finished the front by adding tiny iridescent clear gemstones to the center of the flowers and slightly larger red gemstones to the tail lights.
She cut the inside panel from white cardstock using a stitched square die in her stash. She embellished the panel with a leftover strip of patterned paper from the kit and a sticker from the sticker sheet.

Who doesn’t love a shaker card?!

Hello Summer Days z-fold card by Leslie Turner
Leslie loves the coordinating journaling cards included in the kits most every month and used one as the focal image on this z-fold card. This card also features papers and stickers as well as ephemera and adhesive brads from the upgrades. The z-fold is probably one of the simplest fun folds to make and they sure do pack a punch!
She cut a standard A2 size z-fold card base from white cardstock along with a layering panel from a pinwheel patterned paper in the collection. She chose a coordinating journaling card, layered it on another patterned paper and adhered a chipboard pinwheel to the center. The finishing touch was adding two large clear adhesive brads from the upgrades.
She cut the inside panel from the patterned paper used for layering the focal image on the front. She ran strips of navy-blue star skinny washi tape to outline the inside area and then adhered pinwheel and sentiment stickers from the sticker sheet.
