How often do you collaborate with other people when making your crafts? If you’re like me, the answer might be: not too often. Well you’re not alone if that’s the case. And frankly, I can understand why some are precious about their work and not too keen on the idea of outside opinions. That’s actually why I chose to highlight this birthday card. When writing about it on her blog, the maker explains that she let her mate Jon help pick out the colors for the mermaid tails. She seemed unsure of the final verdict, but I’m here to say that the two of them made an excellent decision together. Those blues do pop indeed. So to finish with today’s lesson, its okay to let others in – because sometimes at the end of the day… two brains are better than one.
