Use Pinterest for Layout Inspiration
In the past when you’ve been in a creative or design rut, have you ever hopped onto Pinterest for some inspiration? If not, I highly recommend you try it. I do that and it often helps me find my way.
Pinterest is of course also a place where you go down the rabbit hole and get immersed in its goodness 🙂 . But if you set a time limit for yourself, you’re sure to be end up in a better place idea-wise than before you started.
Check out this fine example of that exercise below. The scrapper found an inspiration image with flowers in egg vases, and the resulting layout is absolutely stunning. The contrast of the bright petal colors paired with a dark background really makes the whole piece pop. Wonderfully done!
