There are a couple excellent lessons to be learned from this adorable layout. For one, the scrapper realized that using chipboard elements can really save a lot of time. This is so true. Here she used a piece from Words or Whatever, and look how great it looks… simply raw. No additives necessary!
Those Studio Calico wood veneer pieces are a wonderful complement to the chipboard too – definitely in the same family. And look how just a little bit of thread dressed up the arrow perfectly.
Lesson 2: if you don’t get your date stamping right the first time around … just stamp it again. No big deal! Just adds character if you ask me.
