This tutorial I’m about to share will produce velvet paper flowers that are perfect for a multitude of purposes – ranging from gift toppers to table centerpieces to OF COURSE scrapbook layouts! The resulting texture is probably my favorite thing about them. With these laying around, it will feel like Spring all year long!
