The 4th of July is a little over a week a way and that means it time to start getting ready for celebrations! We’ve brought you a unique and fun DIY 4th banner tutorial from Blogger Jo-Lynne Shane. This festive DIY banner is easy and so festive! Also, it reminds us a lot of our upcoming red, white and blue July Nautical Kit that you can use to bring out the fun 4th of July festivities!

First of all, Jo-Lynne uses items you may already have in your craft room or home:

  • Burlap
  • Scissors
  • Scrapbook Paper
  • Twine
  • Hole punch

Most of all, we love that this project is the use of burlap and scrapbook paper together. It gives the banner an outdoors, bbq, patio, or lake feel. Also, the rustic burlap and 4th paper together give the banner a handcrafted look that we adore.

Furthermore, we love this project for the festive holiday next week but it can be used for so many other celebrations. So get ready to make a banner for any occasion like a children’s birthday party, bridal shower, house warming, girls nights, anniversary celebration, family reunion, graduation party and so much more! It’s all about tying in that paper we love to match the occasion and theme!

Finally, the steps are simple, easy and make the perfect festive addition to your upcoming celebrations! So time is almost running out. Seems like you can get start on your 4th plans this weekend with this beautiful project.
